LANE4 is an independently operated, authorized retailer of Agua Bendita in the United States. All orders are processed and shipped from our Florida-based fulfillment operations.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays). During collection launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.


2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship throughout the United States. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Orders over USD $150 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. LANE4 is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed to the shipping provider.


3. Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your surroundings — Look in areas around your entrance, with neighbors, building management, or a mailroom. Packages are sometimes left in nearby locations for security reasons.
  2. Wait 24 hours — Carriers occasionally mark a package as delivered before it physically arrives. Allow one full business day before escalating.
  3. Contact the carrier directly — Open a missing package report with the carrier using your tracking number. Each carrier provides an online claim process:

    • USPS: usps.com/help/claims.htm
  4. Contact us at [email protected] or +1 (754) 252-5733 — We will provide your proof of delivery (including carrier photo and GPS timestamp) and assist you in coordinating the claim with the carrier.

Important — Carrier-Confirmed Deliveries

When a carrier marks a package as delivered and provides photo proof of delivery showing it at the correct address, LANE4’s delivery obligation is fulfilled. Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

In cases where delivery is confirmed by the carrier but the customer reports non-receipt, LANE4 will:

  • Provide the full delivery record (tracking, photo, GPS data) to assist in the carrier claim.
  • Cooperate with any carrier investigation.
  • Not issue automatic refunds or replacements for carrier-confirmed deliveries unless the carrier determines the package was lost or misdelivered.

If the carrier’s investigation confirms loss or misdelivery, LANE4 will work with the customer on a resolution.

Porch theft is an increasing issue across the United States. If you live in an area with high package theft, we strongly recommend selecting a signature-required delivery option, redirecting to a secure pickup point, or using package insurance at checkout.


4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • VAT or local taxes
  • Brokerage fees
  • Any additional charges imposed by the destination country

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost displayed at checkout. LANE4 does not collect or estimate international customs duties on behalf of foreign governments.

Failure to pay required customs fees may result in delivery delays, package refusal, package abandonment, or return-to-sender charges. If an international shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, original shipping costs will not be refunded. If the carrier destroys the package due to non-payment, no refund will be issued.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. LANE4 is not liable for failed deliveries or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to address errors, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] or +1 (754) 252-5733. Please include photos of the damaged packaging and item. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.

For lost packages (not yet delivered and not showing as delivered by the carrier), please contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.


7. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where an incorrect item was shipped or a verified defective product was received.


8. Shipping Restrictions

LANE4 reserves the right to cancel orders flagged for fraud risk, restrict shipping to certain high-risk regions, or refuse shipment if compliance concerns arise. Customers will be notified if an order cannot be fulfilled.
