Me encantó la experiencia. Cuando entras se puede sentir un ambiente tropical las colecciones son preciosas. También al tocar el material puedes saber que es muy buena calidad. A parte la atención por parte del personal es muy bueno ya que son pacientes, amables y amigables. Se nota que quieren que te sientas hermosa con cada prenda que elijas y son compresibles al momento donde no te sientas cómoda con alguna prenda también. Escogí un short de la colección de ceros y y lo amé es de algodón 100% excelente para el clima de aquí de California.

I'm in love with this store and its customer service, I spent more than two hours trying on swimsuits and clothes, each one more beautiful than the other. They had a lot of patience and assisted me by getting what best suits my body type. It was a super personalized attention ❤️ My friend and I love our outfits

Ordered a kimono with overnight shipping four weeks ago and still nothing has arrived and no response from customer service! Had to file a claim through credit card to get a refund. Beware!

I have purchased from this brand both online and in-store. After encountering an issue with an item bought in-store, I discovered that the online and in-store teams are managed separately, so be aware of that. One of the in-store pieces that I bought was damaged, but the damage was only noticeable when worn. Upon returning from my vacation, I visited the store and requested an exchange for the same item. Initially, they refused, suggesting I leave the swimsuit so they could contact the manufacturer and then determine the next steps. They even offered to send it to a tailor for repairs, which I declined. After expressing my frustration, they agreed to keep the item and send me a new one within a few days. Although they had the same item in-store, they did not allow me to take it while they resolved the issue. Ultimately, I left the item at the store, and two days later, I received a new swimsuit at home. This positive outcome is why I am giving four stars. Feedback: I wish their communication was more effective and kind. Initially, they made me feel that the issue was with the manufacturer and it was not their responsibility, offering no guarantees. I had to say no to their original plan and explain that I purchased from their store, not the manufacturer. They understood my perspective and provided a solution but only after I was clear about not agreeing to their initial terms. About the clothing: for me the quality is great, specially the swimsuits that are reversible. Love the designs and I’m not sure about durability (yet) but I’m hoping for the best!

I hate leaving negative reviews but this was a frustrating experience. I was looking for some items for an upcoming vacation and decided to get a one piece swimsuit. I was nervous about the fit and asked about returning if it didn’t fit right. I was told there are no refunds only exchanges. There was no visible fitting room so I took the gamble and figured I’d find something else if it didn’t fit. I immediately went to another store in the mall that had a fitting room to try it on and it fit horribly, there’s no way someone could swim in this piece without their chest popping out. I went back to return the piece and looked around for something else around the same price and was told at this point that there WAS a fitting room that I could use, so now I’m frustrated because if I’d been told this when I’d expressed my concern about the fit initially we could have avoided a bad purchase. There was really nothing else in the store at the same price so I chose a piece less than what I initially paid and was told that I could only receive store credit for the $30 difference. I checked online after I left and the policy is the complete opposite of what I was told in store. The online return policy says that you can be refunded but cannot exchange (does not specify that this is only online) and I was told in store that I couldn’t be refunded and could only exchange. This entire experience feels incredibly dishonest. Any store that stands behind the quality of their products will have a consistent policy and generally will allow refunds and exchanges if there is an issue. At the very least they should make it clear that you can try on in-store before you purchase. Proceed with caution, as the other reviews suggested.

This brand is a thief and a joke. They will ship you THE WRONG CLOTHES then harass you and try to double charge you for it. I have NEVER had this happen with any American brand or retailer. This is not a US based company. Buyer beware.

I received an order that I did for mistake. I immediately sent the details to them but they don't care. They don't care at all and if you send money to them there is not even a small possibility of return or changes or anything. They will be create a nightmare for you to keep the money. And the bikini that i received is horrible. The fabric looks so cheap like it was ordered from china. I don't recommend this place at all. They were amazing before but not right now. Quality is awful.

The return process is terrible. It's just like a scam. I ordered a skirt and a top online. And ends up they are too small for me. So, I follow the return instruction online. Somehow I can't go through the return process on their return portal no matter how many times I've tried. So, I paid the return shipping cost for my two items. But, I only get partial refunded. Horrible customer service and web design. Took me more than 10 times email to get my refund and getting partial refunded.

I went in and tried on multiple styles for almost an hour and a half but Haisa was very patient and super helpful. She owns various style herself so she knows what work best for your body (I got bigger chest). I had such a great experience. The products are amazing. Great quality and absolutely love the hand crafted details.
