All orders are processed and shipped from our Florida-based fulfillment operations.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During collection launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend.
- Orders are not processed on U.S. federal holidays.
- Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Processing time is separate from delivery time.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship throughout the United States.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Orders over USD $150 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
LANE4 is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed to the shipping provider.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries.
International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Customers are fully responsible for:
- Import duties
- Customs fees
- VAT or local taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Any additional charges imposed by the destination country
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.
LANE4 does not collect or estimate international customs duties on behalf of foreign governments.
Failure to pay required customs fees may result in:
- Delivery delays
- Package refusal
- Package abandonment
- Return-to-sender charges
If an international shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes:
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Return shipping costs and customs fees may be deducted from the refund.
- If the carrier destroys the package due to non-payment, no refund will be issued.
5. Customs & Regulatory Delays
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection.
LANE4 is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
We cannot accelerate or influence customs clearance processes.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
LANE4 is not liable for:
- Incorrect addresses
- Failed delivery attempts due to inaccurate information
- Lost packages due to customer error
If a package is returned due to incorrect address details:
- Reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier. LANE4 will assist when possible but is not liable for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
8. Same-Day Local Delivery (If Applicable)
For select areas in South Florida, same-day delivery may be available.
Availability, cutoff times, and eligibility are displayed at checkout.
This service is subject to product availability and operational capacity.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel orders flagged for fraud risk
- Restrict shipping to certain high-risk regions
- Refuse shipment if compliance concerns arise
Customers will be notified if an order cannot be fulfilled.
10. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where:

- A verified defective product was received
