Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return only if they meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In original condition
- All original tags attached
- Hygiene liner fully intact
- Free of perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, or odors
Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
LANE4 reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Worn or washed items
- Altered products
- Gift cards

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. LANE4 is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refund Processing
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
